These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Google Blog, a platform for creating and sharing content (the "Technology"). Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service.

Attempt to access the Service using the account of another user.

Introduce any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malware into the Service.

Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software associated with the Service.

5. Termination:

Google may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice. Google may also remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that Google deems inappropriate.

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Google disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Google does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 

7. Limitation of Liability: 

Google will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Google and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Google regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11. Amendments: 

Google may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Service. The amended Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
